GPUmat, tool freeware sviluppato da GP-You Group consente di eseguire il codice Matlab su GPU CUDA-enabled. L’esecuzione del codice Matlab sulla GPU è trasparente per l’utente, solo le dichiarazioni di variabili devono essere cambiate usando la keyword GPU. GPUmat è basato sulle librerie CUDA (come CUFFT e CUBLAS). GPUmat è stato testato su Windows e Linux con MATLAB versione R2007a.
