The team of Samba has announced the release of version 3.2 of the Samba , the open source suite that provides file and printer sharing to SMB / CIFS clients.
With Samba you can share files and resources between a Linux computer and a Windows computer, for example, you can share printers, directories, etc..
Among the novelties of this version support for clustered file server, a simplified configuration, better integration with Windows (including Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008), data encryption, reduced memory requirements, and support to IPv6.
