The Ubuntu team is proud to announce the release of Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS, the second maintenance update to Ubuntu's 10.04 LTS release. This release includes updated server, desktop, alternate installation CDs and DVDs for the i386 and amd64 architectures.

Alpha 2 is the second in a series of milestone CD images that will be released throughout the Natty development cycle. New packages showing up for the first time include:
* LibreOffice 3.3 (has replaced OpenOffice.org 3.2)
* X.org Server 1.10 and Mesa 7.10
* Linux Kernel 2.6.38-rc2.
